Troubleshooting: Discord bot is not assigning roles

If your Discord bot is unable to assign roles ensure your bot has a role in the Server Role Manager that is higher than the role that your bot is trying to assign:

You can re-order roles by dragging them up and down, a drag icon will show up on the left of the colored shield when you hover over the role.
